Terms of Service
8Paws International LLC (“8Paws,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — Last updated: 21 July 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your engagement with 8Paws International LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By commissioning a project or completing a payment, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. Our Service
8Paws is a pet-media brand with an established audience across its own social channels. Our service is the production of original branded content and its publication to the 8Paws audience, together with a performance report.
We provide a service, not a product for resale. We do not run paid advertising campaigns, purchase media placements, or manage third-party advertising accounts.
3. Written Agreement
Each engagement is governed by a written agreement (or Statement of Work) that defines the content to be produced, the channels and schedule for publication, the number of included revisions, the total fee, and any other project-specific terms. The written agreement, together with these Terms, forms the complete agreement between the parties.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are fixed and stated in the written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The fee is a one-time charge for the defined engagement. There are no subscriptions, retainers, or recurring charges.
- Production begins only after the agreement is confirmed and the required payment (or deposit, where applicable) is received.
- Where a deposit structure applies, the deposit is due before production and the balance is due on publication, as set out in the written agreement.
5. Production & Revisions
We produce the content to the brief set out in the written agreement. Each engagement includes the number of revisions stated in that agreement. Additional revisions beyond that number, if requested, are quoted in writing before they are carried out.
6. Delivery
Delivery is complete when the commissioned content is published to the 8Paws audience and the accompanying performance report, including the live links, is provided to the Client. Publication takes place within the timeframe stated in the written agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide a clear brief and any brand materials, information, or approvals needed for production.
- Confirm that it holds all necessary rights to any brand names, logos, or materials it provides to us, and that our use of those materials in the commissioned content will not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Respond to review and approval requests within the timeframes noted in the written agreement so that publication can proceed on schedule.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Content & Publishing
Content commissioned under these Terms is created and published by 8Paws on its own channels as part of the service. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a sale of goods or the transfer of any asset to the Client.
10. Confidentiality
We treat project information shared with us as confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8Paws's total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement is limited to the total fee paid by the Client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
