Refund Policy
At 8Paws International LLC, we sell fixed-price digital content production packages — custom digital files produced specifically for each client. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only before production has started. Production is considered started once scripting, planning, shooting, writing, designing, or editing begins.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Once production has started → no refunds, because work has been performed on a custom digital deliverable.
- After delivery of the finished content files → no refunds.
Custom Digital Goods Clause
All content files are custom-produced for the specific client and cannot be resold or reused. Once production has started or files have been delivered, the deliverable is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
