Terms of Service
By purchasing a content production package or any digital deliverable from 8Paws International LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Nature of the Product
8Paws International LLC sells fixed-price digital content production packages. Each package is a one-time purchase of clearly defined digital content files specified in writing in the Statement of Work signed before payment. We are not an advertising agency, do not buy media placements, do not manage ad accounts, and do not provide ongoing consulting or advisory retainers.
Delivery of Digital Files
All deliverables are digital files delivered via secure cloud link or email. Standard production lead time is stated in the signed Statement of Work; the typical timeframe for a single content package is 2–5 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Each package includes the number of revisions stated in the SOW; additional revisions may incur additional fees defined in writing before execution.
Payment Terms
Payment is one-time and required in advance. Production begins only after payment confirmation. By completing payment, the customer confirms full agreement to all terms. Production is considered started once scripting, planning, shooting, writing, designing, or editing begins.
Charge Authorization
The customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder or company representative and approve the one-time charge for the selected content package.
No Performance Guarantee
We sell finished digital content files. We do not guarantee marketing outcomes (sales, views, engagement, follower growth, search rankings). Our commitment is to deliver the contracted content files at a high professional standard.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible only for delivering the digital files contracted in the SOW and are not liable for external factors, including third-party platform decisions, algorithm changes, or market conditions.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of the delivered content files is transferred to the client on full payment and delivery, as defined in the signed SOW. The 8Paws International name, logo, and marketing materials remain the property of 8Paws International LLC.
Contract Termination
Handled according to the signed SOW between both parties.
Dispute Resolution
- Customers agree to contact us directly at info@8paws.net to resolve any issue before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.
- We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith, in line with the signed SOW.
- Any unresolved concerns are handled according to the terms outlined in the client's SOW.
