Nature of Services
We provide custom digital content production and related B2B services. Each service is delivered based on a clearly defined scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon in writing before payment.
Service Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. Typical delivery timeframe is 2–5 business days, unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables are provided via email, cloud storage links, or other agreed digital methods. Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed in advance; additional revisions may incur additional fees, outlined in writing before execution.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance. Work begins only after payment confirmation. By completing payment, the customer confirms full agreement to all terms. Work is considered started once planning, scripting, research, or production begins.
Charge Authorization
The customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder and approve the transaction.
No Guarantee Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, engagement rates, or follower growth. Our commitment is to deliver the agreed service at a high professional standard.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible only for delivering the agreed service and are not liable for external factors, including platform algorithm changes, third-party decisions, or market conditions.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client as defined in the signed agreement. Company branding, name, and marketing materials remain the property of 8Paws International LLC.
Contract Termination
Handled according to the signed agreement between both parties.
Dispute Resolution
- Customers agree to contact us directly at info@8paws.net to resolve any issue before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.
- We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith, in line with the signed agreement.
- Any unresolved concerns are handled according to the terms outlined in the client's contract.
